Zenith Payments is an Australian owned and operated innovative payments and prepaid card business.   We are passionate about our customers and staff, and if you're enthusiastic and motivated, we'd love you to join our team in Balmain.  We are seeking a team member who:

We're excited to be hiring a new Customer Service Guru!

The following capabilities are essential:

• Ability to manage an array of emails and outbound calls from existing and potential business customers and consumers.
• Provide internal customer service to our Sales Team.
• Ability to assist customers and help resolve queries with sound judgement and initiative.
• An excellent phone manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Investigative capabilities and resourcefulness with the need to consult multiple systems to solve customer / client queries. 
• Experience providing great customer service levels to customers.
• Comfort with working to and striving to achieve individual and team SLAs.

Non-essential, preferred skills include:

• Ability to work across multiple software systems to source required information.
• Strong administrative skills to support / deliver operational functions e.g. order processing, reporting, strong data entry capabilities.
