Service Desk Officer

Clicks IT Recruitment is currently working with a government department based in the Brisbane CBD. They are responsible for providing front line IT services to a range of other government departments.

Internally, they have dedicated teams providing support across Level 1-3. Currently they are looking for 2 Service Desk Analysts to join their Level 1-2 team.

The focus of this role will be to receive and handle requests for IT support, adhering to set procedures, and promptly allocate unresolved tickets.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a previous IT Support/Service Desk Analyst role within medium to large organisations.
• Experience within Windows and O365 environment, and supporting Apple and Android mobile devices
• Experience with Ivanti Service Manager Service Desk software (or similar)
• Experience with Amazon Connect call management software (or similar)
• Advanced communication skills in responding to clients with diverse backgrounds and varied professions.
• Experience in problem solving and troubleshooting techniques
• Good technical knowledge and ability to work within a dynamic team environment.

On offer is a 12 month contract, offering up to $43.10 per hour inclusive of super.
