Senior Corporate Account Manager

This National Insurance Broker delivers superior insurance broking solutions to key clients and we are pleased to be recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Senior Broker to join their General Insurance team.

You will be servicing a mixed portfolio of mid market/ corporate clients and while maintaining and developing long term client relationships. You will take a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, whilst providing support to junior staff and working alongside the Account Director.

This is a high end role where premiums starts in the high 200-300k range with average earn in excess of 30-40k.

About you:

• Minimum of 5+ years commercial insurance broking experience (must be currently in a similar role)
• Management experience or ability to demonstrate leadership skills
• Tier 1 broking qualifications
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Strong client service focus and retention skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach and be a real team player - the team are involved at all stages of the process
• The ability to prioritize and delegate while chipping in with all work including renewals and administration
• A customer centric approach wanting to go the extra mile for your clients
• Ability to liaise with key clients and external stakeholders
• Be able to identify new business opportunities
• Processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Prepare for appointments and client interviews
