It is a great company that is now looking for a Property Accountant keen to work in a fast-paced, family-feel and supportive environment.

The Role

As the Property Accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management reporting for several properties within a highly diversified portfolio. You will have responsibility for variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, and monthly journals as well as the operational property management side inclusive of transactional work such as payables and receivables.

Your Background

For this Property Accountant position, our client is looking for a candidate with:

• Minimum 3 years experience in an all-rounder role inclusive of month end as well as exposure to cash flow and budgeting. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must as you will be constantly liaising with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Happy to work in the North Sydney Office.
