Finance Executive

Job Description:

1.Complete the daily accounting work of the local, establish the financial system according to the guidance of the relevant management departments of the headquarters, improve and optimize the local financial management;

2. Responsible for following up, checking, accounting and other related work of current account management, Complete daily payment application and review work; Timely statistics, clearing and management of local overhead and various cost expenditures; Do a good job of daily fund management, and communicate with the relevant management departments of the headquarters in a timely and effective manner;

3. Do a good job of local inventory, asset management, regular monthly inventory, to achieve consistent accounting;

4. Timely fill in tax statements, declare and other tax administration related work, and do a good job in daily communication with local banks, tax bureaus and other relevant departments;

5. Responsible for the connection with the relevant management departments of the headquarters, complete and submit the local financial statistics, annual budget preparation, report preparation, and cooperate with the headquarters audit;

6. Complete other assigned work.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, financial management, auditing, etc；
2. More than 2 years of financial work experience;
3. Familiar with basic financial software and office software；
4. Professional skills required by the position, familiar with the local accounting system and national fiscal and tax related systems and regulations;
5. Rigorous and meticulous, active and responsible for work, good at learning and team spirit；
6. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage
7. This position will be stationed at our Australia Office
