Customer Service Representative

An opportunity presently exists for an experienced Customer Service Associate to join an established business.

This role is a temp role with possibilities of permanency for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to customers and stakeholders
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders/returns
• Maintain excellent customer relationships
• Maintain customer database
• Perform additional ad hoc customer service-related activities as deemed necessary to support the business

You will need:

• Proficiency in using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, such as SAP
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and process discipline under pressure
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Flexible, open-minded and solution-orientated collaborator with a "can do" attitude
• Detail oriented.
• Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); especially excel.
