Assistant Accountant

Ekera Dental is a dental aggregator on a fast growth trajectory.  With over 50 dental practices Australia wide and revenues in excess of $120 million per annum, we are seeking to appoint an Assistant Accountant to join the finance team to assist in the financial control and reporting of the group. 

As an Assistant Accountant, you will report to the Financial Controller, performing a range of activities such as:

• Account reconciliations
• Debtors reporting
• Liaison with operations support
• Assisting in one off projects
• etc.

This position will provide growth opportunities into other areas of accounting support in the future.

You will be part of a small team, supporting the growth of an aggressively expanding company, providing a high level of service to the accounting team and the business as a whole.

To be successful you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years accounts experience
• A strong attention to detail
• A high level of proficiency with Excel
• An ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and
• A strong service / business support ethic.

 

The salary for the role will be commensurate with experience.
