The Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the operations of our multi-faceted Golf, Hospitality, and Entertainment venue. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting role with significant scope for growth and development within the Executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the operational performance of the business, which includes outstanding hospitality, technology inspired golf entertainment and delivering good times across the venue as a whole.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and head office resources.
- Implement strategic and venue plans, documented operational procedures and driving business performance.
- Supervise and lead a diverse team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure superior performance and outstanding customer experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to oversee and implement the marketing plan, to drive community engagement and participation.
- Work closely with the Swing Factory Executive team to provide constant feedback on operations and developing improvements to benefit the wider group.
- Play a central role in driving a high performance team culture.

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and previous history as a Licensee of a venue is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- 5 years prior experience in venue management at a golf, hospitality or entertainment venue is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor degree in a related field is highly desirable.
- Sound knowledge of operations, technology, event planning and hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
