Sous Chef at Craft Brewery

Broulee Brewhouse on the South Coast is looking for an Sous Chef. 

Nestled right behind the sand dunes in Broulee, we offer a casual dining experience with a lively beer garden. 

The Sous Chef will work with the Head Chef in leading the kitchen to provide our guests with high quality, consistent meals that compliment our craft beers and relaxed atmosphere.

We have a brewery onsite and are passionate about using fresh, local ingredients as much as possible in both our food and beer production. The right candidate will bring their passion for food to our menu and show high standards of care in everything they do. 

Our kitchen is currently open 5 days a week, Wednesday - Sunday until 8pm. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to; 

• Working with the Head Chef to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring the highest standards of food production and service are achieved
• Working in a small but passionate team
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene requirements 

You will be working in a fun and ambitious environment with an award winning in-house brewery. Our team is passionate about beer, food and good hospitality.
