Job Description Ensure accurate payroll processing and consistency across operations, proposing enhancements for efficiency.
Key duties: Prompt processing of weekly/fortnightly payroll. Accurate handling of payroll requests, such as new hires and changes. End-of-month reporting, reconciliation, and payments.
Identification of automation opportunities to streamline processes. Oversight of venue-specific payroll functions, including employee onboarding and tax reconciliations. General responsibilities: Stay updated on compliance and industry trends.
Adhere to departmental policies and quality standards. Contribute to identifying client needs. Maintain professional relationships.

Familiarity with Micropay software would be highly valued. Proficient in MS Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
