Customer Service Consultant

The Opportunity

Our client is a market leader in the FMCG industry and expanding their Customer Service team due to on-going growth. Join an encouraging team supportive of your success and growth. Based in South Brisbane, our client is looking for experienced customers service / sales consultants, passionate about delivering highest quality standard of service and being an active contributor to business growth.

This role will involve:

• Customer service
• Issue resolution
• Entering orders in the CRM system
• Mitigating with procurement, logistics, warehouse teams to achieve DIFOT and accurate ETA
• Order confirmation to the customer
• Assisting in claims investigation
• Contracted inventory management
• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Assisting in coordination of supply to meet time frames
• Cross selling, up selling and negotiation
• Administration support for Sales team
• Managing service and supply for a portfolio of client accounts
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Data entry
• Basic accounts tasks
• Assisting with freight bookings

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated customer service and sales experience in a similar role - essential
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft products and CRM systems - essential
• Exceptional and personable communication skills
• High resilience to working under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi task and manage time effectively
• Fun, vibrant, self motivated personality
• Enjoys issue resolution and problem solving

Highly Desirable:

• Experience in claims investigation
• contracted inventory management
• proven success in meeting KPI's highly desirable
• Experience in SAP or similar CRM system

Please note this role is mid-late Jan start at the latest, would need to be available to interview early January to be considered.
