Senior Accounts Payable Officer

Our client is a leading professional services organisation that is renowned for their market presence and high performance. They are currently seeking an Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a permanent basis. 

Location : CBD, conveniently located near public transport with excellent office facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the accounts payable database to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication of supplier details.
• Manage the accounts payable inbox and promptly respond to queries.
• Conduct month-end reconciliations.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Support various ad-hoc projects as they arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience in accounts payable, preferably in the professional services industry.
• Experience in a standalone accounts payable role is highly valued.
• Strong commitment to detail, accuracy, and maintaining well-documented files and reconciliations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy; experience with ERP systems is essential.
