Accounts Payable – Casual (approx 24-30 hours pw)

About the business and the role

We are a well-established hotel group with our head office currently located at Kingsgrove.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable casual for about 24-30 hours a week. 

Your main task is ensuring that all supplier invoices are accurately recorded in our systems, carrying out reconciliations and dealing with accounts payable and some accounts receivable.

As this is a new role we anticipate there may be other administrative tasks required.

The role can also accommodate school hours. 

 

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: 

• Minimum of Certificate 4 in Bookkeeping
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Experience with Xero is preferred
• Proficiency with Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Honest, reliable and punctual
