I-MED Radiology is looking to expand our Finance Team with an Accounts Payable Officer joining the team based in our Sydney Head office. In this role, you will work in a high-volume environment ensuring the efficient and timely payment of all invoices received. About
You You will have previous experience in a large organisation, be familiar with high-volume environments, possess keen attention to detail, self-motivated, and be highly organised. Strong administration, data entry, and time management skills are necessary, while experience with credit management and automation systems is preferred.
Key accountabilities include: Processing and payment of I-MED Radiology invoices, ensuring all invoices to be paid have been authorised in accordance with I-MED policies and procedures Responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts payable-related matters in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner Management of Accounts Payable Reconciliation Processes, including reviewing all nominated statements received from suppliers/vendors, completing reconciliation of payments due and problem solving to resolve any issues identified as required.
