Session 1 covers the Leadership Umbrella Model, explaining why traditional leadership structures fail and introducing the '5-6 people rule' for effective team support. Session 2 focuses on the Expectation Window, teaching how to set clear, visible expectations and build confidence and accountability. Session 3, Leadership In Action, covers practical rituals including pit stops and check-ins to maintain team communication and consistency.
