This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol. There are no formal entry requirements, but you should have adequate fitness to complete outdoor recreation tasks, mobility to deliver First Aid, good time management skills, and experience using computers and accessing the internet.
The Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership covers a range of practical skills and knowledge, including planning and leading bush walks, canoe trips and mountain biking activities, navigating trip routes, responding to emergency situations, and developing a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
